Call them POEFs (People of the Extraordinary Form) seems like a good, descriptive, title which is neither judgmental nor value laden for either group. 3/3 https://t.co/g9jbkZeHJf

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

I’m absolutely in favor of people being able to attend the extraordinary form from before the liturgical reforms of Paul VI if that’s how God speaks to them, but perhaps rather than calling them “#radtrads” or “traditionalists,” which they’re technically not, 2/3

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

What if, and hear me out on this, we decided not to cede the title “#traditional” to the extraordinary form of the #Catholic #mass? Since “tradition” implies development by its very nature, are those who go to the post #VaticanII masses ACTUALLY the traditionalists? 1/3 https://t.co/SAn14OFpXg

@austinruse @CathoConser Dawn has put up, and she’s done the work. It’s on you to put up or shut up.

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @CathoConser I’m glad you can do it all day. Some of us have lives to live though. Look at her list, or maybe just write an article clarifying that you oppose any form of antisemitism as being opposed to our faith. Oremus pro invicem, all the best.

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @CathoConser Dawn has produced a lengthy list, most of which seems to condemn you by your own words and from your own writing. If you find antisemitism as abhorrent as you say you do, then you’ll give that list a thoughtful look and then write something else to clarify. I hope you do!

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @DawnofMercy When it’s something as abhorrent as Antisemitism I think it’s on you to put up or shut up. She’s produced a pretty clear list of both your written work and your interpersonal interactions that could be taken as Antisemitic. You just need to go to that list and clarify.

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @DawnofMercy You really don’t take on all comers though, since you block people. Are you saying that you didn’t use the Yiddish word for penis in reference to her? from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @DawnofMercy With that, I am going to bed, I’ll be praying for you.

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @DawnofMercy It’s a long list which I said you should respond to. If you don’t want to be associated with it though, just take one simple step here and denounce antisemitism in this exchange. You still haven’t done that, I hope that’s not telling.

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @DawnofMercy Nope, I said you have to answer these accusations. I also made clear, as you should, that Antisemitism is antithetical to Catholic Faith. That part isn’t hard, still you seem reluctant.

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @DawnofMercy The things that are anti-Semitic have been named there, you’re capable of clicking & reading. If true, then you owe @DawnofMercy a profound apology at the very least &, given your claims to be a Catholic thinker, you need to make clear that that behavior is contrary to the faith.

from Twitter https://twitter.com/mrogerssj

@austinruse @DawnofMercy If you can refute it great, but all the better if you make a clear rejection of antisemitism as being patently contrary to our faith.
